The Past

I'm Paul Bourque, affiliate marketer and founder of the blog UberAffiliate.com. I've been in affiliate marketing for almost 2 years now, and I've made more than enough to quit my job and drop out of school. I try and document as much of my journey as I can in my blog, and it's helped thousands of affiliates out there.

If you've read on the homepage, UberCamp used to be invite only, no newbies allowed, and paid. After a certain chain of events and realizations, I knew that changes had to be made in order for UC to reach it's potential to help affiliates out there. We launched the forum in June of 2008. We had around 100 paying members and forum activity was pretty great. Almost everybody was willing to share what had helped them, and I was in there answering questions almost every day. Things were great, although there were more people unhappy than there were happy. Most people either didn't qualify to get in, or didn't want to pay to get in. This lead me to a bunch of realizations and the birth of UberCamp 2.0...

The Present

Voila, UC 2.0. We're still an invite-only forum just like before, I only want affiliate marketers who know what they're doing allowed. But unlike before, access to the forums is completely free, pending you pass the quiz. And also unlike before, newbies now have a chance to learn what it takes to make the forum via our free tutorials.

It took a lot of though and a lot of work, but I'm very satisfied with how things turned out. UberCamp will stand as a completely free resource for newbie marketing tutorials, as well as grounds for experienced affiliates who want to share tips and get advice for their own campaigns.

The Single Paid Forum

In the UC forums exists 1 paid forum ($99/month), everything else is free. In the paid forum you have access to :

• All UberCamp Tools. I've teamed up with a very good programmer I know and we've produced a number of tools that will save you both time and money. Head over to the tools page to read descriptions of what we have to offer.
• Multiple landing page designs from the UberCamp designer. You request them, and I have them built for you and released for free. I hired one of my designers to work full time for UberCamp, and all he does is design pages. Expect 5-10 pages per month, much worth the value of the membership.
• Discounted landing page designs. The UberCamp designer I hired also does private work for landing pages you don't want public. Normally he charges $99+ per page, you can get him at that rate now if you'd like. If you're a member of the private forum, you'll get him for $49/page. Pretty sweet deal in itself eh.
• Case studies. UberCamp members and myself participate in group case studies with niches. We have a page designed, and then come up with and test strategies of promotion for these niches.
• Private information. It's the private forum afterall, there's members that don't want things published to the general public. You get them here.

The Future

The future of UberCamp looks very promising. I don't have much more to say about it as we'll just take it one step and a time and see how things develop. I'm looking for as much feedback as possible, as I want to make this truly the best (free) affiliate marketing resource on the net. Good luck, and godspeed.
